Refund Policy
At TradeTrack, we strive to provide a reliable trading journal experience. This Refund Policy explains when and how refunds are granted.
1. Free Trial
TradeTrack does not currently offer a free trial. However, users may view our demo video for a quick overview of the paid features.
2. Refund Eligibility
Refunds are only granted for verified technical failures caused by TradeTrack that prevent the paid service from functioning as advertised, and only if:
• The issue is reported within 14 days of payment,
• The issue cannot be resolved by our support team within 2 business days of your report.
Refunds are not provided for changes of mind, dissatisfaction with features expected, failure to cancel before renewal, or unused time after cancellation.
3. Subscription Renewals
All subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. You may cancel at any time from your account dashboard to stop future renewals. Canceling does not entitle you to a partial refund for unused days.
4. Refund Method & Timeline
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Processing time is typically 5-10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider. Any non-refundable payment processor fees charged by Paddle may be deducted from the refund amount.
5. Abuse Prevention
Users who repeatedly subscribe, use the service, and request refunds will have their accounts suspended for 2 months. In severe or repeated cases, accounts may be permanently banned.
6. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, contact our support team at support@tradetrackjournal.com and include:
• Your registered email address,
• Payment receipt or transaction ID,
• A detailed description of the technical issue.
We reserve the right to update this Refund Policy at any time. By using TradeTrack you agree to this policy.
